CreditBull, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “CreditBull,” “we,” “us” and “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy states the principles and practices that apply to our collection and use of information that you, our customers (hereinafter referred to as “you” and “your”) provide to us, whether, by email, phone, or through the CreditBull Platform (website, application, or services).

By using the CreditBull Platform, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

How We Collect and Use Personal Information

Some information is explicitly provided to us by you, while other information, such as your IP address, may be gathered automatically as you use our services. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information by opting in, you consent to our collection of that information and to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States. Personal Information includes all information you voluntarily provide to us and that which is provided to us by IP address or digital profile, whether on the CreditBull Platform, by phone, or by email, such as: 

(1) your contact information (e.g. name, phone number, driver’s license or state identification number, and postal and email information); 

(2) financial information of customers (e.g. credit card number, security code, cardholder name, billing address, and expiration date);

(3), personal information that you provided on the third party site or personal information related to you that is on the third party site if you link your Third Party Account with your CreditBull Account, such the name of your friends from the third party site, if any, that you are mutually friends with through the CreditBull Platform and mutual interests, subject to any privacy settings you have set on the third party site; 

(4) information related to your  profile history  (e.g. purchase history, purchase preferences and interests); 

(5) information related to IP addresses and session identifiers to analyze trends, to administer the CreditBull Platform, to track user activities, to infer user interests, and to otherwise induce, deduce, and gather information about individual users and market segments;

(6) information regarding your geographic location, browser-type, device identifiers, operating system and other software or hardware information;

(7) information obtained through internal tools and third party applications and services (such as third party analytics) to collect and analyze information;

(8) information about visitors and visits to our Website obtained through “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather; and

(9) information that you provide to us if you use a promotion, enter a contest (if any) or correspond with us.

We may use your Personal Information to provide you with information related to matters relative to your credit, including your score or rating, as well as managing your account, security alerts, account notifications, messages, payments, and/or personalized mailings (electronic or otherwise) or other communications that you consent to receive, and to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activity, resolve disputes and collect fees.

We may send notifications of activity on the Service to the email address you provide us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of the Service, or special offers. You may be able to manage email messages from your account settings. You may not opt out of service related emails.

How We Share Your Information

CreditBull may share your information with other third parties to facilitate your transactions or requests for information. We may share your Personal Information (only to the extent reasonably necessary or as required by the circumstances) and Aggregated Data, when applicable, with the following parties:

Third party vendors, web hosting service providers, and payment services in order for such parties to: (i) verify the information you provide, including without limitation, your identity (ii) allow us to provide better service and respond to your customer service requests, (iii) sell, promote or market other CreditBull products to you or to sell, promote or market third party products of CreditBull to you, and (iv) provide aggregate reporting to CreditBull and certain third parties (using only Aggregated Data and not individual Personal Information when provided to third parties).

Other third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information (or about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific service).

As well as the aforementioned personally identifiable information, we may also share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain CreditBull services.

From time to time, we may announce and/or permit special offers, or other events or activities (“Events”) on the Service together with a third party partner. If you provide information to such third parties, you acknowledge they may use it for the purpose of that Event and any other use that you approve. We cannot control third parties’ use of your information. If you do not want your information to be collected by or shared with a third party, you can choose not to participate in these Events.

Targeting and Marketing. We may serve third party advertising on our Platform, we do work with third-parties to target advertising for our Platform on the third party websites. These cookies record your visit to our Site, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We may use this information to make our Site more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.

Legal requests for your information.  The appropriate parties if it is requested by a government agency or law enforcement personnel or if we are otherwise required by law to disclose it in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights, to defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law (in which case, we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection available to us).

Other appropriate entities, such as our successors or assigns, should we undergo a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale.

The appropriate parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to investigate or prevent suspected illegal activity, to protect the security, property, assets and/or rights of CreditBull from unauthorized use or misuse of the CreditBull Platform or anything found on the CreditBull Platform.

Once your Personal Information has been shared with a non-affiliated third party in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we cannot control how that third party collects, uses or shares your Personal Information, and as such, we will thereafter have no responsibility for its use. Protection of your Personal Information in the possession of any such third party shall be governed by the Privacy Policy of that third party.

Third Party Services

CreditBull may provide third party links, or otherwise cooperate with third party service providers, to provide you with access to resources such as an electronic document execution program. These online resources are independently owned and operated by third party providers and are not under our control. CreditBull may provide access to these resources as a service to you, and is not responsible for their operation, content, information practices or any link contained in a linked site. These resources often gather personally identifiable information and financial information from you. And our service may include providing some of your Personal Information to the third party provider to help streamline the process.

Third Party Privacy Policies

Vendors, partners, and other third parties with whom we share your Personal Information may have their own privacy policies accessible which may be on their own websites. We strongly encourage you to review those privacy notices. CreditBull’s Privacy Policy does not apply to these vendors or other third parties.  Their policies may differ from our Privacy Policy.

Cookies

When you visit or access the Website, our systems or our web hosting service provider may send one or more cookies (small text files containing a string of characters) to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies alone do not tell us your email address or other Personal Information unless you choose to provide this information to us by, for example, using certain interactive features on our Website. We use cookies to improve the quality of the Website by storing user preferences and tracking user trends. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically, but can be configured not to do so or to notify the user when a cookie is being sent. Please note that if you disable cookies, you may not be able to use some booking features available on the Website. The information contained in or collected by cookies is not considered Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Opting-Out on Information Collection

You may opt out of information collection at any time by not using CreditBull or accessing the CreditBull Platform or any other services we may offer from all of your devices, and/or by deactivating any account you may have created.

Aggregated Information 

In addition to any Personal Information you may voluntarily provide to us, this Website also collects general information regarding visitors and users of this Website as it relates to their use of the Website (referred to herein as “Aggregated Data”). This information is collected automatically each time a user navigates our Website. The term Aggregated Data includes, but is not limited to, such information as traffic patterns, number, frequency and duration of visits to certain pages, visits from other websites or to third party websites linked to this Website, use of particular services and interest in services, information or features of the Website or other parties made available through or found at the Website. This information is anonymous and is useful for improving the content and navigational tools of our Website. Aggregated Data may also include information or data obtained from you or other sources, which has been combined with or compiled from other information or data in such a manner to no longer be personally identifiable or linked to an individual. Aggregated Data is not considered Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Security of Your Information

We implement security measures we believe are reasonable to protect your privacy and information. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password, account information, payment details, and for controlling access to your email communications from CreditBull, at all times. It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your account and you need to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. No website, mobile application or Internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches or other type of misuse will never occur. Any transmission of data to us is at your own risk. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any data breach regardless of fault beyond that which is required by law.

How to Access and Update Your Information

If you have accounts on our Services, you can access and edit the information you provided to us through individual settings in the Services. If you want to delete your accounts and information on our Services, you can do so in your Account Settings, or alternatively by contacting support.

Our Policy Toward Children 

CreditBull does not sell Accommodations or other services for purchase by children. This is a general audience website and does not offer services directed to children. Should a child whom we know to be under 18 send Personal Information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.

California Residents—Your California Privacy Rights. 

When California customers provide Personal Information to a business, they have the right to request certain disclosures if the business shares Personal Information with third parties for the third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. The law provides that a company that has a privacy policy that provides consumers with choice regarding sharing Personal Information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes may instead provide California customers with information on how to exercise that choice. As stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not share information with third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes without your consent. California customers may request further information about our compliance with this law by emailing info@CreditBull.com. You must put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the subject field of your email. You must include your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. We are not responsible for requests that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through this email address.

International Operations

We may transfer data to foreign affiliates, partners or vendors. If you are located outside of the United States and choose to use our Services and share information with us, we may transfer your data to the United States and process it there. By using our Services you agree to be bound by all the terms in this privacy policy.

No liability

As explained in the Terms of Service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CreditBull be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or special damages resulting from your use of our Services, including any failure by CreditBull or an affiliate or partner to comply with this privacy policy, even if CreditBull has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The use of our Services is at your own risk.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may revise or update the Website or any of our policies and procedures without prior notice. If we do so, we will post the revised Privacy Policy and update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom. We will post a notice on the Platform to advise you of any significant changes to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of CreditBull signifies your continued assent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as updated or amended at that time.
